Hello, looking for job as a hairdresser… Something about me..
My name is Martina Vyborna, I come from the Czech Republic and I am 25 years old. I have
been working with haircare for 8 years. It all started with my 3 year study at vocational secondary school with a final exam. After graduating I started working at Salon Petra Mechurova in Prague which is one of the most prestigious salons in the Czech Republic. I gained a lot of new experience.
This salon puts emphasis on precise work, creativity and further training. I attended an internship which focused on technical work with haircut and furthermore 10 other internships specializing on hair dyeing with the best training experts from L´Oréal Professionnel, several interships spcialized in Kerastase Paris haircare, hair ceremonies and massages, technology of these hair products.
For expanding my field and experience I then worked for Toni&Guy salon Prague where I specialized in technical haircuts which I finished with Toni&Gut Academy in London and internationally acclaimed certificate.
With all this experience I opened my own salon and saw my profession from the other side. I emphasized the quality of services, comfortable atmosphere and further training. I was inspired by collaboration with Bomton Studios Prague where I was surrounded by the top experts from the Czech Republic. My ambition led me to attend another training in London and take the opportunity to work for Steiner company on one of their cruiseships Princess Cruiseline as a hairdresser in Spa.
Thanks to this I had the opportunity to get in touch with clients from all around the world and again to broaden my knowledge because European hair regarding technological procedures differs from other types of hair like Asian. With the ship I got to New Zealand where I applied for work for HUE, salon which specializes in hair dyeing.
During my 8-year work experience I learnt to work with hair products such as L`Oreal Professionnel, Redken, Schwarzkopf, Wella Proffesionals, Kerastase Paris, Label.m, Sebastian, Alterna. I attended hair trainings concerning precise technique haircuts, dyeing techniques, creative dyeing, dyeing technology and their application, communication with customers, coaching for prosperity for running the salon.
I took part in prestigious festivals of the hair, participated in collaboration with fashion designers, cooperatad with Prague and London Feashion week, and so on.
My next goal to achieve success of my career is to attend a prestigious international hair stylist competition, constantly improve my experience and acquire new, and move to the next rung of hairdressing practice.
